JOB DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Researcher Position &#8211; Doctoral Degree<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Directly lead or participate in the implementation of state-level, ministerial-level, and VNU-HCM-level scientific research projects, as well as the Institute&#8217;s international collaborative research projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design advanced experimental models; master procedures for isolation, culture, and quality assessment of stem cells or biological products; and analyze molecular mechanisms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare periodic scientific reports and project completion reports; draft high- quality scientific manuscripts for publication in reputable international journals indexed in Scopus\/Web of Science (WoS) and participate in intellectual property\/patent registration and protection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the management and operation of specialized laboratory equipment and systems; provide technical guidance and training to graduate students, PhD candidates, and research assistants within the group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in scientific workshops and seminars and expand academic collaboration networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Researcher Position &#8211; Master&#8217;s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Directly perform and implement cell culture, molecular biology, immunology, and cell function assessment experiments according to assigned research plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and maintain experiment logs; collect and process experimental data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in data compilation, prepare technical reports, and support the drafting of scientific manuscripts for international publication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration and strictly comply with biosafety regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">III. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Education and field of specialization: A Master&#8217;s or Doctoral degree in Cell Biology, Stem Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or other related life science fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age: Under 45 years of age (as of the application submission date).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scientific publication record (mandatory criterion): Applicants must have at least three (03) scientific papers as first author published in international journals indexed in Scopus or Web of Science (WoS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foreign language proficiency: Proficient in English, with all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to read and understand specialized literature, write scientific papers, and present\/communicate confidently in academic settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal qualities and skills<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passion for scientific research, a strong sense of responsibility, high discipline, and independent research thinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good teamwork and problem-solving skills and the ability to work under high pressure in an advanced research environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">IV.
