T\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c m\u1eabu \u0111\u1ec1u trong h\u1ea1n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng v\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng qu\u00e1 6 th\u00e1ng t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t, v\u1ecf v\u00e0 n\u1eafp chai kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 bi\u1ebfn d\u1ea1ng. \u0110\u1ec3 ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n MP\/NP, h\u1ecd \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng 2 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nhu\u1ed9m hu\u1ef3nh quang b\u1eb1ng thu\u1ed1c nhu\u1ed9m Nile Red (NR):<\/strong>&nbsp;Ch\u1ea5t nhu\u1ed9m n\u00e0y b\u00e1m v\u00e0o &nbsp;c\u00e1c h\u1ea1t nh\u1ef1a (MP v\u00e0 NP) l\u00e0m cho c\u00e1c h\u1ea1t nh\u1ef1a ph\u00e1t ra \u00e1nh s\u00e1ng \u0111\u1eb7c tr\u01b0ng khi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chi\u1ebfu s\u00e1ng th\u00edch h\u1ee3p.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng m\u00e1y ph\u00e2n t\u00edch h\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng h\u1ea1t<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u1eabu sau khi nhu\u1ed9m hu\u1ef3nh quang s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ghi h\u00ecnh trong 25 video (10 gi\u00e2y\/video, 30 h\u00ecnh\/gi\u00e2y).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hai thu\u1eadt to\u00e1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c d\u00f9ng \u0111\u1ec3 t\u00ednh to\u00e1n k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng h\u1ea1t trong m\u1ed7i video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p ph\u00e2n t\u00edch theo d\u1ea5u h\u1ea1t ph\u00e1t hu\u1ef3nh quang \u2013 <\/strong><strong>FPTA (<\/strong><strong>Fluorescent Particle Tracking Analysis) <\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>&nbsp;Cho h\u1ea1t NP (&lt; 1 \u03bcm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p ph\u00e2n t\u00edch d\u1ef1a v\u00e0o \u0111\u1ed9 l\u1eafng \u2013 SA (Sediment Analysis) <\/strong>cho h\u1ea1t MP (1\u201320 \u03bcm).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e1c h\u1ea1t nh\u1ef1a c\u00f3 k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc 5 \u03bcm v\u1edbi m\u1eadt \u0111\u1ed9 \u0111\u00e3 bi\u1ebft tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c d\u00f9ng \u0111\u1ec3 so s\u00e1nh v\u00e0 ki\u1ec3m ch\u1ee9ng k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 thu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u1ebft Qu\u1ea3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;<strong>N\u01b0\u1edbc su\u1ed1i \u0111\u00f3ng chai:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NP (&lt; 1 \u03bcm):<\/strong>&nbsp;Trung b\u00ecnh&nbsp;<strong>4.6 \u00d7 10\u2076 h\u1ea1t\/mL<\/strong>. M\u1eabu cao nh\u1ea5t (W2) l\u00ean t\u1edbi&nbsp;<strong>2.3 \u00d7 10\u2077 h\u1ea1t\/mL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MP (1\u201320 \u03bcm):<\/strong>&nbsp;Trung b\u00ecnh&nbsp;<strong>1.76 \u00d7 10\u2077 h\u1ea1t\/mL<\/strong>. M\u1eabu W5 ch\u1ee9a t\u1edbi&nbsp;<strong>&gt; <\/strong><strong>3<\/strong><strong>.5 \u00d7 10<sup>7<\/sup><\/strong><strong> h\u1ea1t\/mL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>K\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn:<\/strong>&nbsp;2.4\u201311.4 \u03bcm. H\u00ecnh d\u1ea1ng \u0111a d\u1ea1ng: c\u1ea7u, b\u1ea7u d\u1ee5c, s\u1ee3i, m\u1ea3nh v\u1ee1 (H\u00ecnh 4).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;<strong>\u0110\u1ed3 u\u1ed1ng c\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng (n\u01b0\u1edbc ng\u1ecdt, tr\u00e0):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NP:<\/strong>&nbsp;L\u00ean t\u1edbi&nbsp;<strong>1.91 \u00d7 10\u2078 h\u1ea1t\/mL<\/strong>&nbsp;(m\u1eabu S4:&nbsp;<strong>7.7 \u00d7 10\u2078 h\u1ea1t\/mL<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MP:<\/strong>&nbsp;L\u00ean t\u1edbi&nbsp;<strong>1.27 \u00d7 10\u2079 h\u1ea1t\/mL<\/strong>&nbsp;(m\u1eabu S4:&nbsp;<strong>2.91 \u00d7 10\u2079 h\u1ea1t\/mL<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0110\u1ed3 u\u1ed1ng c\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng ch\u1ee9a MP\/NP cao g\u1ea5p ~27 l\u1ea7n n\u01b0\u1edbc tinh khi\u1ebft!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u1ea1t &lt; 200 nm chi\u1ebfm \u01b0u th\u1ebf. H\u00ecnh d\u1ea1ng ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu: c\u1ea7u, v\u00f2m, m\u1ea3nh (H\u00ecnh 6).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f&nbsp;<strong>So s\u00e1nh to\u00e0n c\u1ea7u:<\/strong> L\u01b0\u1ee3ng MP\/NP trong nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u n\u00e0y&nbsp;<strong>cao h\u01a1n 10\u2013100 l\u1ea7n<\/strong>&nbsp;c\u00e1c b\u00e1o c\u00e1o tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00f3 (vd: Mason et al., 2018; Schymanski et al., 2018). Nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n do ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n nh\u1ea1y h\u01a1n (FPTA\/SA) so v\u1edbi k\u00ednh hi\u1ec3n vi truy\u1ec1n th\u1ed1ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00e1c nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m: T\u1eeb V\u1ecf Chai \u0110\u1ebfn Quy Tr\u00ecnh S\u1ea3n al., 2022).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quy tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u01b0\u1edbc th\u00f4\/n\u01b0\u1edbc m\u00e1y nhi\u1ec5m MP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u (tr\u00e0, \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng, ch\u1ea5t ph\u1ee5 gia) v\u00e0 kh\u00e2u \u0111\u00f3ng g\u00f3i.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y: B\u1ee5i MP trong kh\u00f4ng kh\u00ed, tr\u00ean b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t m\u00e1y m\u00f3c l\u1eabn v\u00e0o s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T\u1ea1o n\u01b0\u1edbc c\u00f3 ga b\u1eb1ng<\/strong>&nbsp;CO\u2082 l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m pH, t\u1ea1o \u00e1p su\u1ea5t cao, \u0111\u1ea9y nhanh gi\u1ea3i ph\u00f3ng MP t\u1eeb chai nh\u1ef1a (Chen et al.,
