Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh d\u00e0nh cho c\u00f4ng d\u00e2n Vi\u1ec7t Nam d\u01b0\u1edbi 40 tu\u1ed5i, bao g\u1ed3m sinh vi\u00ean n\u0103m cu\u1ed1i, h\u1ecdc vi\u00ean cao h\u1ecdc, nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u sinh v\u00e0 c\u00e1c c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n \u0111ang l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u, y t\u1ebf ho\u1eb7c kinh doanh. Startup \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea5p quy\u1ec1n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng b\u00ed quy\u1ebft c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 v\u00e0 quy tr\u00ecnh chu\u1ea9n c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7n th\u00f4ng qua h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng license, thay v\u00ec chuy\u1ec3n nh\u01b0\u1ee3ng quy\u1ec1n s\u1edf h\u1eefu c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 l\u00f5i.
